Today we went to the Wild West Festival. We had a great time riding rides and walking through the booths. Jayce and I tried some grape ice cream. It was yummy!
Jayce got to jump on the trampoline with bungee chords. She had a blast and jumped really high!
Blake can't ride rides because they make him puke. He gets sick watching us ride them.
Claire Bear was the only one not having fun. We kept putting sunblock on her, but she still got burned. She is my little pasty girl.
She made a friend at the restaurant.
Later on, we went to our ward barbecue. We had a lot of fun. We've never really gone to ward activities in our previous wards, but we have to start going or we won't know anybody.
Claire had a lot of fun playing at the playground.
Jayce made friends with a boy that also has a broken thumb. They played soccer together, and he kept saying, "Why are you so good?" She was showing off for him.
When they played duck duck goose, they kept choosing each other.
The ladies had a swing-off. It was pretty fun. I'm at the end.
